Pyramide will collect the rents between the 1st and the 5th of the Month. This date may vary with the particular desire or request of the Client. After the determined date a late fee will be assessed as per the Client’s preference.

For this service Pyramide will be paid a fee of ten percent (10%) of the rents collected. The balance will be forwarded as per the client’s instructions whether directly to the Client or deposited in a Designated Bank Account.

Pyramide also offers a full service Maintenance Program through Aurora Services, which we contract to for all our Maintenance needs.

A detailed billing is provided to our Client indicating a break down and description of the work completed, or that will be required, in which Pyramide will supply a Detailed Work Order for your approval.

A Price List of our Maintenance Services is available for your inspection upon request.
