R A was born in Hudson, New York. He attended public school there, graduating from Ichabod Crane High School . R A graduated from Columbia-Greene Community College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Accounting and Criminal Justice. He subsequently attended Indian River Community College in Ft. Pierce, Florida for additional course work in Criminal Justice.

R A has extensive experience in law enforcement and real estate, He has been actively involved in his community and Lark Street area business activities.

Upon graduating from college, R A joined the Columbia County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sheriff for two years. Subsequently he became the Chief of Police of the Athens, (Greene County) Police Department over a two year period.

In the early 1980's R A moved south to join the Fort Pierce Police Department and the Sunrise Police Department in Florida.

In 1983 R A began a new aspect of his career, He became a business consultant for Prime Enterprise in both Florida and New York where he cultivated a clientele of European business owners investing in Florida. His client base was worth more than 10 million dollars.

In 1987 R A became the Executive Assistant to the Regional President for Patten Corporation where he oversaw and assisted the regional president and offering statements to a variety of attorney generals that the comapny did business with.

In 1987 R A returned to the Capital District and in 1988 he decided to branch out on his own as an independent real estate salesperson for the Hudson River Realty and Sleepy Hollow Real Estate Center in Athens. During this time he successfully sold a combination of business, residential and vacant properties for six years.

During this time R A also became Director/Consultant for the Sterling Property Group, Inc. , a real estate investment group with venture capitalists as well as the Director/Consultant for Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc., which branched out beyond the real estate industry.

R A is currently the Chairman/Director/Consultant for the international business consulting firm, Pyramid Compagnie Internationale, Inc., a company he started in 1997. He obtained his real estate broker license in 1999, and is the director of The Aurora Foundation of North East, a not-for-profit organization promoting social programs to children in shelters and dealing with environmental issues.
